Look Out! Look Up!

I was cleaning an old house. In the basement. Being a taller guy, I kept hitting my head. You would think I would learn from the first time I hit, but nope!

As I gruffed and then thought, I realized I need to look up and look out. But also when talking about my personal attitude and vision for the business.

Think about it, if I'm not optimistic, how are the people I work with act? How about the way people perceive me when I first meet them? I need to look up for the business to go up. The business can't go any farther than I am.

Look up! Look out!
