How to Lead Your Company - Lessons from CEO of Google
It's interesting to see that this video is 45 minutes long, but I couldn't stop watching it. The lesson that you can learn from these great visionaries is incredible. The reason I say visionaries is because they are always looking to the future and how can the company change to best adapt. They also work on how can we best get amazing/wonderful employees that will share the same dream and vision that we have of the company.
One thing I was impressed with is they are always trying to learn. Learning about other successful companies and even about companies that fail. They want to learn what isn't working within their own company, so it can be fixed. Wow. Just watch...
